THE DISCARDED

The Discarded is a family rock band from a small town north of Toronto, Canada, formed in 2016. The band comprises drummer Caden Jax Wasson, his brother Jared Dean Wasson on bass, and their father, veteran rocker JP (Joel) Wasson, on vocals and guitar. The two brothers started playing in the band when they were 13 and 17. After countless rehearsals and live shows, the band has developed into a tightly-knit, hard-rock unit that thrives on creating original, well-crafted music.

The Discarded has recorded and released five albums and one EP, with a sixth album already completed and set to be released in 2024. They have played several live shows and tours in southern Ontario, and their albums have received airplay on college and online radio.
