BIOGRAPHY
SHOCKLORE began as a group of friends playing in various bands, both together and separately, during the height of the 1980s Punk Rock, Thrash, and Speed Metal scenes in South Bay, Southern California.
The band’s members have navigated the musical landscape together and apart, continually evolving as they hone their intricate musical skills. Their deep passion for music fuels the creative process, driving them to forge a distinct hardcore sound that seamlessly integrates diverse influences across genres.
When they formed, their goal was to create a blend of hardcore music drawing on all their best influences. This has produced an impressive collection of 21 hard-hitting, face-melting, provocative tracks, each capturing the raw energy and rebellious spirit of their roots. These songs have withstood the test of time and continue to resonate deeply with audiences, remaining relevant in today’s music landscape.
While the lineup has changed over the years, SHOCKLORE has maintained a consistent core concept and style defined by explosive sound and electrifying performances. Their infectious enthusiasm and relentless energy set them apart, making each performance a must-see and an exhilarating experience for any devoted metal enthusiast. The combination of sound, spirit, and palpable fan excitement often creates unforgettable moments—a true force in the realm of metal music.
