Joel Wiseheart, the former bassist of Nightshade (ex-Q5), has launched a new solo heavy metal project called Annimax. In this project, Joel performs all instrumental roles: bassist, guitarist, keyboardist, vocalist, drummer, lyricist, songwriter, and producer. The new project aims to deliver thunderous heavy metal music to his fans. Joel created the label Crystal Crown Productions to release work from Annimax and other genres, which he plans to release under different names. “I have had the honor and privilege of working in some awesome metal bands with many great musicians. And yet, none of the songs ever released by these bands were songs I wrote. So, I figured, ‘If you want it done right, do it yourself.’ I embarked on the ambitious project of Annimax to get the songs out of my head and into a sound recording that I can share with you, all my metalhead fans! I hope you enjoy it.”
