Born in Detroit, raised in Northern California, and now living in Southern California, Miller’s music evokes neon-lit diners, long highway drives, desert expanses, and sun-soaked small towns. His songs often explore themes of wanderers, drifters, and the passage of time, with a storytelling style influenced by literary figures such as Larry McMurtry, Ernest Hemingway, and Cormac McCarthy, as well as musicians like Neil Young, Leon Russell, The Band, and Tom Petty.
